I look up to the sky now
Ad see the sands of time;
sun drifting softly
across eternal lies;
based on shoddy theories
we define our space --
a place where little happens
a place where we can race
but you see into the folds
the fabric is so very old
its many layers
laid many ways
so narrow-minded people
will ignore its maze
but if your mind is strong
and your desire great
you can touch the fabric
unfold it and know its weight
if you push on through
you can do anything
build bridges, move mountains
with nothing but a needle and thread
so look into the sky today
and see the fabric of the world
take it apart
piece it together
see what you can make
